The Foundations of our Work
MiSP & MBSR
At Mindfulness 4 All, our programs are deeply rooted in two globally recognised frameworks: the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). These evidence-based approaches form the foundation of everything we do, ensuring our work is impactful, relevant, and informed by research.

Mindfulness in Schools Project
(MiSP)
The MiSP curriculum is a pioneering approach to bringing mindfulness into educational settings. Designed specifically for young people, MiSP’s programs, including Paws b (for ages 7-11) and .breathe (for ages 9-14), provide age-appropriate tools to help children:
-
Build focus and attention.
-
Manage emotions and stress.
-
Improve peer relationships through empathy and understanding.
MiSP’s work is backed by research and tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of students. The facilitators trained in MiSP ensure that these methods are effectively integrated into our programs, helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, MBSR is a world-renowned mindfulness program for adults, offering practical techniques for stress management and emotional well-being.
At Mindfulness for All, we incorporate MBSR principles to support:
-
Educators: Helping teachers manage classroom challenges and create a calm, supportive learning environment.
-
Workplaces: Equipping professionals with tools to build emotional resilience, strengthen their relationships with each other, increase focus and gain clarity.
MBSR gives adults the opportunity to care for their own mental well-being, creating a ripple effect that benefits the children and families they interact with daily.

How These Frameworks Shape Our Work
By combining MiSP and MBSR, we offer a holistic, research-backed approach to mindfulness:
